CBT
(Cognitive Behavioural Psychotherapist)
CBT is a form of talking therapy. The National Institute for Health and Clinical excellence (NICE) approves CBT for a variety of emotional difficulties. I work collaboratively, often with people who are very anxious or low, to find ways to manage their difficulties.
About Me
I have NHS mental health experience spanning nearly thirty years.
I have a Masters degree in Cognitive Psychotherapy from the University of Brighton and was accredited to practice CBT by the British Association of Behavioural and Cognitive Psychotherapies (BABCP) in March 2007.
The Process
Please give me a ‘phone call (07504380569), email me . a.rogerscbt@virginmedia.com or contact me via Henry House. Once we have had an initial discussion we may go on to arrange assessment appointment/s. These normally last sixty to ninety minutes. At the end of the assessment I will talk to you about whether I think CBT is likely to help you and you can decide also whether you would like to proceed.
